In 2019, we were fully acquired by China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited, the world's largest shipping company. Since then, we have been managed by Shanghai Universal Logistics Equipment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China COSCO Shipping Development.

Covering an area of 1.02 million square meters, our company boasts multiple production lines for dry, refrigerated, and special containers, with an annual production capacity exceeding 300,000 TEUs. We rank among the global leaders in comprehensive production capabilities.

Strategically located at the junction of Shanghai and Qidong, Nantong City in Jiangsu Province, near the mouth of the Yangtze River, we occupy a pivotal position in the Yangtze River Delta economic region. Only 50 kilometers away from Pudong, we enjoy excellent transportation facilities, including the North Bank Yangtze High-Speed Rail and a golden waterway port. Operating our own public terminal with three berths accommodating 5,000-ton vessels, our annual throughput exceeds 450,000 TEUs and 700,000 tons of bulk cargo. We also have customs-supervised yards for direct container export, reaching multiple waterway ports along the Yangtze River.
